Is this ETHICAL?
These weapons of mass destruction have aroused controversy over the years, and people continue to question if this form of modified bacteria is a defense against the enemy, or the ultimate weapon to kill? Is this really an ethical method to kill an enemy or maybe to "defend" a country?
